About me
My path leads from architecture through theology to mediation. And always back to the same question: How do we find stability when everything is in motion?
01 My Path
I studied architecture and designed interior and exterior spaces. The question of how spaces affect people, how structures provide stability and atmosphere emerges — that still shapes me today, even though my path has led me further.
I am the mother of four grown sons. That means: I know conflicts not just from theory. I know them from everyday life, from sleepless nights, from moments when you don’t know how to go on.
My theology studies at LMU Munich opened a different perspective on human coexistence. Not dogmatic, but searching. What sustains us when structures break? How do we deal with guilt, forgiveness and new beginnings?
Since 2019, I have been a certified mediator. I support people in family, partnership and professional conflicts. My approach is holistic: conflicts affect us on every level — cognitive, emotional and physical.
02 Values
01
Before I act, I listen. Not just to the words, but to what lies between the lines. Conflicts always have a deeper layer.
02
Conflicts affect every level: thinking, feeling, body. I work with all three. Because sustainable solutions can only emerge this way.
03
I don’t give advice. I guide you in finding your own answers. Because only what comes from within endures.
